New Malden Tennis, Squash and Badminton Club was established in 1922 on its present site. Originally known as Courtlands Tennis Club, its facilities have been expanded over the years to include squash and badminton. The club can lay claim to Fred Perry as a former tennis tournament champion and has produced many high quality County players.
In 1998 Courtlands Health and Fitness Suite was opened, thus keeping a connection with the club's history.
Known for its friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the club has an active social scene. Numerous social events take place throughout the year and these are open to all members. Leagues and tournaments are organised for each of the racket sports and coaching is available for adults and juniors.
