• Please select the day and time you wish to play and complete the contact details requested and payment. Your payment transaction will be processed by Stripe

• The fee for the court/time is shown on the booking sheets. Note that the higher evening rate for tennis includes floodlights and is automatically applied on booking

• You can book up to 3 days ahead, say Tuesday for Wednesday and Thursday

​

• Please note that there is no facility to cancel your booking once completed and fees are non-refundable. If your tennis booking is rained off, please contact the club by your start time and we will book you a replacement date

​

• The Club may contact you after your booking to ensure it went well

After booking, Please arrive a few minutes before your start time and go to the bar/reception. Here you will be directed to your booked court by staff and given any access code you need.

 

Please ensure you wear appropriate shoes and clothes for the sport you are playing, particularly the indoor courts for squash and badminton. These shoes should be clean and have non-marking soles. If wearing inappropriate shoes you may be refused access. Suitable sports clothing should be worn.

 

You will need to bring your racquets. New shuttlecocks, tennis and squash balls are available to purchase at the bar/reception.

 

The club is situated in Somerset Close, off the A3 southbound slip road. Please do not enter off Malden Road by car. We have plenty of free parking.
