This fun senior exercise to music workout is designed to improve aerobic fitness and joint mobility. You will burn lots of calories, tone muscles , improve posture and flexibility. The unique style of the class allows to work around injuries and strengthen areas of weakness.
JJ our gym instructor offers professional personal training sessions, in addition to Circuit training, 3-in-1 fitness and 1-2-1 boxing sessions (a high intensity non-contact work out).
