Pilates

 

Suitable for both genders, regardless of age and fitness level. Regular pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. For elite athletes, including dancers, pilates can complement their training by developing whole body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury.

Bike Spin 
We have recently purchased Spin Bikes. 
We now offer 4 classes a week.
Monday 7pm 
Tuesday 9.30am
Thursday 7.30pm
All classes are 45 minutes £7 for members and £9 for non members.
Saturday 10.30am this is a 30 minute class.
£6 members and £8 non members.
Great way to get to your fitness cardio goals.

Fit2Funktion Aerobic 

This fun senior exercise to music workout is designed to improve aerobic fitness and joint mobility. You will burn lots of calories, tone muscles , improve posture and flexibility. The unique style of the class allows to work around injuries and strengthen areas of weakness.

Personal Training
JJ our gym instructor offers professional personal training sessions,  in addition to Circuit training, 3-in-1 fitness and 1-2-1 boxing sessions (a high intensity non-contact work out).
