Thursday    11.00 - Stretch & Flex (60 min-Louise)

Friday         08.45 - Pilates with Meryl (Pre-book)

Friday         09.50 - Pilates with Meryl (Pre-book)

Class fees are paid direct to the instructor except Pilates which need to be pre-booked and paid for.

I teach a variety of classes including Spin, Strength classes and full body Stretch classes.

I also offer 1:1 Personal Training and friends/couples training starting at £40.00 an hour. A free consultation is included along with nutritional advice.
